One of the ongoing and most challenging initiatives of the Pro Players Foundation is it's Instant RePlay program. The Foundation has made one of its main focuses the renovation and refurbishment of existing non-profit, municipal or school sports facilities in disadvantaged neighborhoods. In partnership with area professional sports teams and with the help of corporate sponsorship, a small army of volunteers will work to rebuild neglected baseball fields, clean up well-worn basketball courts and restore football, baseball and soccer fields.

In March PPF  and the Mavs Foundation worked with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Collin County to refurbish a basketball court in McKinney, TX. The BGCCC, which has been in existence since 1969, is dedicated to giving Collin County children between the ages of 6 and 18 a safe place to go during the vulnerable hours between school and home. The facility’s basketball court refurbishment was re-dedicated on March 23, 2011.

In April PPF joined with the Dallas Cowboys to undertake Instant RePlay No. 2 - the renovation of a circa 1972 football field at the Salvation Army's Cedar Crest Community Center in North Oak Cliff which will be rededicated in late September.

On September 1st  PFF partnered with FC Dallas and the Freddy Fund on Instant Replay No. 3 - the construction of a new soccer facility at the Maple Lawn Elementary School in Dallas which will be opened for play on October 15th of this year.

On September 24 PPP will initiate Instant RePlay No. 4  with the  Dallas Stars  - the construction of a new playground at the Dallas Life Foundation Shelter in Dallas.
