As Vice Chairman of Hillwood Management, Darcy Anderson works closely with Ross Perot, Jr. on Perot family businesses and also plays an advisory role for Perot Systems. In 2000, Anderson joined Perot Systems Corporation and served as the Chief People Officer and Vice President for Corporate Support, reporting to the CEO, with responsibility for human resources, real estate, facilities, security and wellness for over eight years. From 1994 to 2000, Anderson served in various roles at Hillwood Development Company, including senior vice president for corporate affairs and chief operating officer. Anderson was president of Hillwood Urban, overseeing all of the operations and development for the company’s Victory project and the new American Airlines Center in downtown Dallas.

Jeff Cogen is the CEO of both the Nashville Predators and Bridgestone Arena, Cogen is responsible for running the business operations of both the club and the arena. Prior to joining the Predators, Cogen served as President of both the Dallas Stars (2007-10) and Texas Rangers (2004-07) after previously working under the Hicks Sports Group umbrella from 1993-2001. As President of the Rangers, and then the Stars, Cogen ran all business aspects of the franchises, and also served as Hicks Sports Group’s primary representative on American Airlines Center Board that provides oversight and leadership on all arena issues including overall financial performance, capital expenditures, third party events, and team operations.

Jon Daniels became the eighth General Manager in Texas club history when he was promoted to the position on October 4, 2005. The Rangers remarkable run to the 2010 World Series represented the culmination of a dramatic five-year period in which the club completely overhauled its farm system and developed an organizational philosophy based on strong scouting and player development. That accomplishment resulted in Daniels being selected as Baseball America's 2010 Major League Executive of the Year.

Joe DePinto is the President and CEO of 7-Eleven, Inc. DePinto first joined 7-Eleven in 2002, and has held several executive positions within the organization. As President and CEO he leads the premier name in convenience retailing. 7-Eleven, Inc. is the operator, franchisor, and licensor of more than 7,100 stores in North America and 31,000 stores Worldwide. Before being appointed to his current role in 2005, DePinto was President of GameStop, Corp. He also has held executive positions at PepsiCo, Inc., and Thornton Quick Café and Market. DePinto is on the board of directors for 7-Eleven, Inc., and OfficeMax.

Tom Ehlmann has been President & General Manager of NBC5 in Dallas-Ft. Worth since August 2008.  In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of NBC5/KXAS-TV and NBCDFW.COM. Tom currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas and the Texas Association of Broadcasters.  He is a National Vice President of the Muscular Dystrophy Association and serves on the NBCU Foundation Community Affairs Council here in DFW.

The network is part of the vast FOX Sports television family and an affiliate of FSN, consisting of 20 regional sports networks from coast-to-coast specializing in home team coverage.  Heidtke oversees the Southwest operation that reaches over 9.6 million cable and satellite television homes in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and parts of New Mexico.

Jim Gooch is Chief Executive Officer of RadioShack Corporation.  RadioShack is a leading national retailer of innovative mobile technology products and services, operating more than 7,000 locations of company-owned, dealer outlets and wireless phone kiosks worldwide.  Jim joined RadioShack as CFO in August, 2006.  Prior to coming to RadioShack, Jim spent 10 years with Kmart Corporation and subsequently, Sears Holdings Corporation after the acquisition of Sears.  He served in various positions including Treasurer, Controller and interim lead financial officer.

Floyd Jahner is a financial executive with over 25 years experience in financial services, real estate and the entertainment industry.  Jahner, a life-long basketball fan joined the Dallas Mavericks in April, 2001 as chief financial officer.  He served as CFO for Marc USA, a national advertising agency, before joining the Mavericks.  Prior to that, he was the assistant director of policies and procedures at Ernst & Young where he was responsible for the development of firm-wide internal policies and procedures. Jahner also serves as Treasurer on the Board of the Dallas Mavericks Foundation.

Greg McElroy joined the Dallas Cowboys as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing and is responsible for the entire sales and marketing team along with getting the Cowboys ready for the move into the new stadium in the Fall of 2009. McElroy has over 25 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry, specifically in corporate marketing, events, and re-organization including positions as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Texas Rangers.

Geoff Moore serves as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for Circuit of the Americas, the multi-purpose motorsports and entertainment facility currently under construction in Austin, Texas. Moore takes on a wide range of responsibilities in his new role, including brand management, advertising and promotions, public relations, sponsorship, suite and ticket sales, social and digital media, and merchandising. He is responsible for developing, implementing and managing all aspects of this world-class, global brand. Previously serving as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Dallas Stars, Moore oversaw the general business operations of the team for eight seasons.

Scott Murray was the Sports Director and Anchor of NBC DFW for close to a quarter of a century and Sportscaster of the Year 17 times, Murray received back Emmy Awards for Best Sports Anchor in 2000 & 2001.  In 2002, he received the prestigious "Silver Circle Lifetime Achievement Award" from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.  Now retired from NBC, he has founded his own video and TV production company, "Murray Media", which creates & produces corporate videos, TV commercials and programming.

John Wagner serves as President of Hunt Sports Group, which is the management company responsible for overseeing certain Hunt family sports investments, including FC Dallas and Pizza Hut Park and the Columbus Crew and Columbus Crew Stadium. A member of the Major League Soccer and Soccer United Marketing Board of Governors, Wagner also serves on the league’s Audit and Finance Committee and Business Development Committee.
